DAMAGES / INCORRECT DELIVERY
If you receive damaged or incorrect tiles you will need to inform Tile Mountain within 2 working days from delivery. We will endeavour to send replacements/issue a refund as quickly as possible.
Tile Mountain offers continual low prices and has a rapid stock turnover. Due to this, we are unable to accept back any leftover returns unless our warehouse has the same shade/batch available. To enquire about returning a product to our Return Centre, please contact us at email@example.com. The customer will be responsible for organising the return of the goods to our distribution warehouse return centre within 28 days of the delivery date. The refund will be processed within 3-5 working days following our receipt of the resalable items.
CHANGE OF CHOICE
The customer will have the right to return all unperishable goods if they are not happy with their selection. The goods must be returned in the original packaging to our main distribution warehouse and the customer will be responsible for arranging transport and insurance of goods. This must be done within 30 days of receiving the order. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days following our receipt of the return, original delivery costs will not be refunded.
Items that have been specially ordered for a customers’ specific needs cannot be returned for a refund.
